NDC Holding LLC is a New York company that develops buildings in Bangladesh for Bangladeshis living abroad, and moves goods between Bangladesh and the United States.
Two offices, one team. Whatever the hour in New York, someone is working on your project in Dhaka.
One company for the two things Bangladeshis abroad ask us about most: building on family land back home, and doing business between the two countries.
You own land in Bangladesh but live in the USA. We plan, build and hand over the building while you stay where you are.
We bring products made in Bangladesh to buyers, shops and distributors in the United States.
We help Bangladeshi makers reach buyers abroad, starting with the US market we know from the inside.
This is how a building project with us runs, from the first call to the day you receive the keys.
Tell us about your land, your family and what you want to build.
Our Dhaka team verifies the plot and its papers on the ground.
We prepare the plan and handle the permits with you.
We build and send you regular photo and video updates.
You receive a finished building, ready to live in or rent.
Trade runs in both directions. Tell us what you want to buy or sell and we will work out how to move it.
For US buyers looking for Bangladeshi products, and Bangladeshi companies looking for US buyers.
For businesses in Bangladesh that want to source products from the United States.
